Programs Purchased via the Website

No refunds will be issued for purchases made from our website; these purchases will be considered final. Provided the course was not completed and no certificate has been issued, you may swap it for any other program offered on our website or apply it as a store credit towards any other program/seminar/conference. If your purchase was made through one of our client specialists, please refer to the cancellation refund policies below.

Online Self-Study program

A 30 Day 100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee will be offered on all Self-Study E-Book Programs (Provided you do not exceed any one (1) course up to eight (8) Hours

Online Webinar program

A 30-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee will be offered on all Webinar / On-Demand Webinar Subscriptions (Minus the online cost of the program you received a certificate for)

Live Seminar/Conference

  • 121 days (about 4 months) prior to the event = 100% refund
  • 91 days (about 3 months) prior to the event = 50% refund
  • 61 days (about 2 months) prior to the event = 25% refund
  • 60 days (about 2 months) before the event No Refund

If you fall within the 60 days (about 2 months) before an event you may apply the amount in its entirety as a store credit towards a different location in the same year, the following year, or swap it for another program offering. We apologize for the inconvenience, but fees have already been paid to other vendors in support of your attendance.

*If no arrangement has been made seven (7) days prior to the event. Any money paid will be forfeit for store credits. No shows/No Calls on the day of the event will be forfeit for store credits.
